Course Assessment
Use the menu below to navigate the course assessment materials. This will involve providing the 6-digit attendance code provided to you during the presentation, filling out an identity acknowlegement and attestation, completing a course evaluation survey, and, finally, taking a 15-question course assessment. A passing score on this assessment is considered to be 70%, and you will have three attempts to pass. Once you have successfully completed the assessment materials, you will be able to generate a Certificate of Completion for your records.
